We are the experts in everything related to heating your home or business. We specialize in testing the safety and effective efficiency of your heating system(s).

We believe that your quality of life is directly affected by the level of comfort in your home or business. By testing airflow, leaking or restricted duct systems, and air temperatures, we can offer true results related to your comfort level and the efficiency of your cooling system(s).
Plumbing
Anything that includes a plumbing problem is an emergency. Plumbing concerns become a real problem fast. Our men are licensed and willing to take on the tasks, no matter the size of the project.
Electrical
We offer lighting upgrades, stand-by generators, upgrade panels, surge protection, GFCI upfits, replace receptacles, electrical inspections, and lightning arresters.
Michael Davis
Michael Davis started Davis Services in 1972. He ran HVAC service calls during the week, and installed comfort systems in homes and businesses on nights and weekends. Michael Davis’s business grew to over 100 employees with over 80 trucks and vans serving the upstate of South Carolina and the foothills of North Carolina.
Michael has always been supportive of the Spartanburg community. He was nominated for Man of the Year 2021. His desire has always been to give his customers the best experience with his company—a goal he accomplished by instilling his value system into the company. Thanks to Michael’s hard work, the Upstate has now felt the Davis difference for over 50 years.
Brian Davis
Brian is the President of Davis Services. He was born and raised in Spartanburg, SC. He received a bachelor’s degree from Charleston Southern University in business and mathematics. Brian is a follower of Jesus Christ and married his beautiful wife Jennie in 1999. They have four children. He has a mechanical license for SC and a Plumbing license in North and South Carolina. Brian began in the industry in 1992, and has worked in every department level at Davis Services. His driving passion at Davis is the care of people, he desires to serve Davis’ customers with respect, to treat customers with the dignity they deserve and strives to treat Davis’ employees like family.
Nick Davis
Nicholas grew up in the company, learning from his dad, Mike Davis, and other role models in the industry through installation, maintenance, home performance, and residential sales of conventional HVAC and geothermal systems. He has his mechanical contractor’s licenses in North and South Carolina, EPA Universal certificate, NATE certification, Combustion Analysis, and Airflow from National Comfort Institute. He has a heart for the trade and cares deeply for Davis Services’ customers.
Nicholas is supported by his wife and two children, Brandon and Caleb. At home, they volunteer and foster for Carolina Loving Hound, a local rescue proudly serving the injured, sick, homeless, or abandoned dogs of the Upstate SC. It is an honor for Nicholas and Angela to work with an organization that has a strong voice for the animals that can’t speak for themselves.
When away from the office, Nicholas enjoys Clemson football, doing anything outdoors, and spending time with family. His strongest desire is for the employees to know that they are family and the customers to know that they deserve the best service possible from a local family-owned and operated Service Company.
Timothy Whitesides
Timothy moved to Spartanburg, SC where he began working with Davis Services as a salesman for Commercial Maintenance Agreements. With a background in industrial engineering and many years of experience in the hosiery manufacturing business, he had much firsthand knowledge of the value of HVAC Maintenance services, and Timothy was a great fit.
He later transitioned into Commercial HVAC Installation sales, with a dedication to performance-based design. Responsible for over 13 million in projects, Timothy has the knowledge and colleagues to take care of most projects. As a Cigar Aficionado, he also knows how to provide solutions for indoor air quality concerns.
Bobby Bevill
Bobby Bevill, Jr. is a native of Spartanburg County and has been with Davis Services, Inc. since 1989. Bobby is a past winner of the prestigious David Debien Award for technical expertise and holds many industry certifications. Bobby started with Davis as an entry level preventative maintenance tech. Bobby has managed our Commercial and Residential Service and Maintenance Departments which have grown to over 100 employees. Bobby instructs HVAC employees and trains the department about safety, latest trends, or he will walk them through a process. He continues to keep up with recent service bulletins and advances in the HVAC industry. Davis Services was honored with the National Comfort Institute Training Excellence award, for all of Bobby’s top notch training sessions.
